Pebeo Setasilk Fabric Paint for Silk Fabrics
Setasilk colours are gorgeous, intense and very bright colours,
they intermix very well producing a very wide range of beautiful tints and shades.
Pebeo Setasilk Silk Paint is suitable for all types of silk painting methods,
and has Good resistance to hand washing after fixing, retaining silk's flexibility and glossy texture.
Setasilk colours can be used on all types of silk retaining the silks gloss and suppleness.
Simply fixed by ironing for 3 or 4 minutes (cotton setting).
Setasilk can be used with all silk painting techniques.
Mixing with Setasilk thinner will produce bright pastel shades.
Once fixed with an iron, water based guttas* are not removed by washing.
* Except for clear water based gutta, which is removed by water.
Note some silks require a pre-wash before painting, and wait for colours to dry before fixing.
Fix by ironing on the reverse side for about 3 to 4 minutes with a hot iron (cotton setting).
Wait 48 hours after fixing before hand washing or dry cleaning.
